The IESO is working closely with its Save on Energy representatives to determine the impacts of this request to temporarily cease in-person interactions with Retrofit program participants. The IESO will continue to conduct evaluations, measurement and verification (EM&V) as per the IESO’s EM&V Protocols, as it provides useful information that can inform recommendations for improvements in program performance. The IESO will continue to conduct EM&V as well as report results on the delivery of energy-efficiency opportunities.
