COVID-19 Update

Message to Ontarians

Save on Energy is committed to ensuring the safety of our customers and communities during this unprecedented time. We recognize the challenges that COVID-19 has brought to individuals and businesses across the province and we want to ensure you that support continues to be available for electricity customers and consumers.

We are working diligently to continue to engage residents and businesses in energy efficiency, where we are safely able to do so, as we adapt to this new reality. Save on Energy programs remain active and applications continue to be accepted. Representatives are working remotely to support customers in the application process and addressing issues that may arise. In cases where we are not able to visit homes and businesses for installations, a wait list is being generated and participants will be contacted to discuss next steps once installations resume.

Information on energy-efficiency opportunities and tips for saving energy will be shared on our program webpages and through social media.

We commend and thank our frontline workers.  We are continuously monitoring the situation and following the recommendations of public health officials, and we will update this page and our social media accounts as new information becomes available.
