Success stories

A food and beverage processing facility’s refrigeration system used fixed-speed ammonia compressors. They frequently operated at low loads, resulting in inefficient unloading and cycling.

Project scope

Retrofit an existing compressor with an inverter-duty motor and VFD, supported by upgraded controls and optimized sequencing to better match refrigeration demand.

A product manufacturing facility used energy- and water-intensive liquid-ring vacuum pumps to support a continuous production process.

Project scope

Replace three liquid-ring vacuum pumps with a variable-speed turbo blower, while retaining one smaller pump for a separate vacuum service.

A mining operation relies on four screw compressors to meet continuous surface and underground compressed-air demand, with three units typically operating at once.

Project scope

Replace the existing compressor fleet with two fixed-speed and two variable-speed compressors, supported by a new control system to efficiently match output with compressed-air demand.
